Permanently Delete Your Account

Registered users on the GeckoQR platform can permanently delete their accounts at any time. To delete your account, log in to your dashboard and use the Delete My Account button under the My Account section.

Consequences of Deleting Your Account

Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our system:

• Your personal information
• Your subscription history
• All QR codes you created
• All scan analytics of your QR codes
• Your support requests

Upon account deletion, any active subscription will be immediately canceled and no refund will be issued. This process is irreversible to ensure user security and data privacy.
